What lights do you use at home? I'm 100% LED now - even my fridge light is LED. You don't need to go that far - I'm a little obsessed! It has taken me a couple of years of learning to get it right.
LED lighting uses at least 75% less energy than incandescent and doesn't produce as much heat. It lasts as much as 25% longer too.
