A lot of you have been asking if the goal in therapy is to like every food I do an exposure with, and the answer is no. Exposure therapy is done to help me feel comfortable with a food and not have anxiety about the food. Cucumbers were a big fear food. I would cry and get very anxious at the thought of a cucumber.
