I really wish more athletes would experience what it’s like to eat at maintenance for a long period of time. -Better recovery -Better training sessions -Manageable hunger -Less cravings -Less food brain! Plus easier weight cuts in the future when it is time to dial-in. Something to note though eating at maintenance isn’t eat whatever the hell you want. There’s still structure.
