The wrecker was blowing oil out of the turbo, so I pulled the charge pipe to see what was going on. After cleaning everything out and driving it, the turbo actually fixed itself. Most likely it had a leaky turbine piston seal that reseated once I drove it around a few times. I let the truck sit for half the year when I was gone and it did not like that.
