In connection with the TP reservation issue in Katargam, Surat, affected residents protested against the Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC). People staged a sit-in protest outside the Surat Municipal Corporation office, raising strong objections against the reservation. Pamphlets were distributed demanding the removal of the reservation. Reservations have been implemented in TP 49, TP 50, and TP 51 areas of Katargam, Surat. As a result, the affected residents are living in fear and uncertainty. #
